Cornwater Evergreens was pleased to welcome representatives from Ravenshead and Blidworth Rotary Club, who visited to present the charity with a cheque for £300.
Rotary President Susie Parry-Williams and Mike Kings visited Cornwater Evergreens and met with staff members Sarah and Maria to hand over the generous donation.
Cornwater Evergreens supports older people across the local area through friendship clubs, freshly cooked meals, activities, transport support and regular social contact. The charity helps many older people who may otherwise be at risk of loneliness or isolation.

The £300 donation will support Cornwater Evergreens’ ongoing work with older people, helping the charity continue to provide friendship, activities and practical support for local members.
