The Rotary Club of Ravenshead & Blidworth has run a '200 Club' since 1993.
The aim is to have 200 members which is the limit permitted under the Small Society Lottery.
Members subscribe for just £3 per month per entry and 50% of the subscription money is returned as prizes to members whilst the other 50% of the subscription goes to charity projects selected by the Rotary Club which have included Air Ambulance, John Eastwood Hospice, Rainbows, Social Action Hub Foodshare and various smaller individual appeals.
There are 8 prizes to be won in each monthly draw and none of the subscription monies is used on administration of the 200 club.
